Marketing and Messaging
For Trend Micro, a leader in anti-malware technology, I consulted with their marketing department to bring together mid-market and enterprise level solutions, which built a stronger brand around their web-threat defense strategy. Through collaborative sessions, and coaching calls, we were able to write concise, sales-ready messaging that was distributed to their sales force. This helped bring together new, innovative technologies together with one, solid marketing message. Messaging was then rolled out internationally, announcing their strategic alliance with Big Fix, as well as new threat mitigation technologies for large enterprise installments.
Course Design
For Cisco Systems, leader in networking and unified communication technology, I designed coursework to train their North American, Australian, and New Zealand enterprise sales teams. This resulted in dynamic, advanced technology sales and was later rolled out to their commercial, federal, and international sales teams. It is still being used today as a global strategy to sell security solutions. I later developed a special program for channel sales to help bolster selling of product through their partner network.
