As a speaker and consultant, I am committed to helping you discover your unique value proposition, allowing your business development team to gain access to the decision makers who need your help. Specifically, I focus on the sales and development of solutions addressing issues in information security, connectivity, storage and enterprise systems areas. Through workshops and keynotes I am working with high-tech organizations like yours, helping them grow and change as the pressures on IT and business continue to evolve. Today, the need for focused and decisive strategies is critical to competing for business – and the need for vision, discipline, and execution requires new strategy creation, training and/or change management alternatives.
My primary focus is providing advisory services through speaking engagements, management and team workshops, and personal interactive coaching sessions using a unique set of workbooks designed to streamline the development process, making this affordable to the average technology solution provider. Historically these services have been delivered through large consulting firms by people who have studied the theories but who have not actually done it themselves. As president of SVLC I have formed strategic partnerships with vendors and distributors to deliver broad strategies to diverse audiences, with a focused set of workshops and tools to help proactive management teams move to the next level. Each facilitated workshop is designed to lead your team through their own discovery and decision-making process to achieve results quickly.

- Through sales coaching, I work individually with qualified sales personnel, helping them to apply new strategies in client acquisition, time effectiveness, and personalized value proposition messages.
- Through coaching and consulting, I am assisting many solution providers in the efforts of creating new offerings in the areas of Security, Business Services Management, and Managed services.
- Specifically for channel managers, I am working to help channel managers become consultants to their reseller partners, to turn historically unproductive meetings into focused strategy sessions that enable increased channel sales.
